Once a week we’d like to share our favourite handmade goods we’re crushing on. Birch Jewellery has been a part of the Etsy community since 2011 and we’re in love with 99.9 per cent of everything we discover everyday. If you don’t know what Etsy is… girl, you need to check yourself. But, seriously sign up for free and start your love affair. Without further ado, our favourites of the week!
- These hand-stitched crystal embroideries are extremely adorable. What would we do with them you ask? We’re not sure, but we’re totally willing to update our home into a colourful, cabin-chic inspired abode to make them fit in. Made in New York by artist Sarah K Benning, can we have one of each?
2. We can definitely hear the love bells ringing this summer as wedding and shower invites flood our mailbox. Here’s an idea for a cute little gift (so cute, we want one too). These hand-crafted ring dishes are perfect for keeping your precious gems safe and come in stunning designs. Made in the US by Earth Heart Jewelry.
3. Nothing would make us feel like a vampire princess goddess more than these extremely gorgeous kimonos. Our own personal wardrobe and recent trench crush features these tassel-bearing cloaks and this London, England shop, appropriately dubbed She Vamps, has perfected these beautiful, handmade kimonos.
4. Lastly on our list of handmade crushes is this line of handmade jewellery featuring illustrated work by Southsea, England designer Mica Peet. They feature a lot of stuff we love at Birch (ie. geometric shapes, animals and boldness) and we want EVERYTHING.
That concludes our handmade roundup of the week! Are you crushing on something made by a talented hand-maker? Share with us in the comments or tweet us a link @BirchJewellery!
